D96 has a special place in our hearts. Sharing pilot batches long before we were Equilibrium, and they even tapped Equilibrium’s first commercial keg ever at their Burger Loft charity event. We’re grateful they have given us a home away from home. When D96 first made Sexual Frustration, John brought a keg up to our line share. As Sexual Frustration is very Galaxy forward and Equilibrium’s Fluctuation is very Citra forward, we thought why not do an 8% DIPA that would be like blending the two beers. Sexual Fluctuation was born.
Sexual Fluctuation is a Citra/Galaxy blend (incorporating the latest EQ hop technology). It pours a hazy tangerine orange and releases releasing aromas of passion fruit, peach, lime, and pineapple all integrated with a juicy twist. The taste is a bright creamy tropical sorbet flavor that is dangerously drinkable and balanced with a big EQjuice finish.

Can from De Bierliefhebber. Batch 6. Aroma is fruity hops with citrus, some oniony notes, grass, some dankness. Mild sweetish flavour, moderate bitter. Body is medium. Lots of character, well-rounded IPA.

473ml can. Soft, sweetish and creamy with loads of herbal hops, juicy tropical fruits, citrus, grapefruit, tangerine and orange juice. Pretty good.

Can from Eltham Wines. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Nose is mango, nectarine, peach,papaya, sweet citrus. Taste is juicy sweet citrus back up nicely with a spot of mango, peach, apricot, papaya, pink grapefruit. A veritable fruit punch. Zesty hoppy finish. Quality stuff.

Can from explosivedog: pours yellow haze with white head. Aroma is lime, generally citrusy, tropical fruit,. Taste is tangy fruit, some bitterness, thick finish. Nice aftertaste. Good.

Tap @ Himmeriget. Poured hazy orange color. Juicy, sweet and hoppy. Chalky, dank and herbal. Biting, green. Not that drinkable really.
