[2020-05-16, årgång 2019] Rost/bärnstensfärgad med smutsvit krona. Knäck, torkad frukt, apelsin, sockersött/bränt socker, kolaremmar. Något ljusare i färg och smak än året innan. Plommon, sultana russin. Mellan till stor kropp. Relativt stor beska för en brittisk barleywine. [8/4/8/4/14=3,8] [2019-06-15, årgång 2018] Flaska från SB. Rostbrun med beige krona. Malt, mörkt socker, rågbröd, väldigt mycket russin, lätt rökiga inslag, rågsyra. Ganska straight-forward maltbomb och gott därefter. [8/4/8/4/14=3,8]

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear copper colour, small head. Aroma of pear and caramel. Mid sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Deep caramelly malt, cognac and pears. Toasty and caramelly. Warming finish. Pleasant deep malt.
