Bottle. Dark ruby red, tiny white head, nonlasting. Blackcurrant juice, berries, sweet and tart. Sweet, blackcurrant with lots of honey. Honey and fruity sweetness. Lovely and light. Great one.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A clear purple red colour. Aroma of sweet red berries and sweet honey. Taste of sweet honey, sweet red berries.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, dark blueish red with no head. Nose has sweet black currant but also a buttery touch. Medium body, extremely sweet yet with some acid streaks from the black currant addition. It's a little all over the place and without any sense of balance. 130520

On tap at Malm� Brewing, pours a deep dark red, no head. Aroma brings out a deep black currant character, with maybe a touch of caramelized brown sugar. Flavour is loaded with intense black currant and moderate honey presence. Quite sweet, but it doesn't have the complexity or elegance of a top-tier mead. Pleasant.

Owoce na maksa w uscie, miodowosc a moze i bardziej cukrowosc takoz. Przy tym kapke wrazenie wodnistosci w uscie. Aromat niezbyt intensywny i plaski, wylacznie owocowy. Kwaskowate posmaki. Dobre+, 3.6

Fat på Brewskival. Tjusigt rödlila med liten vit krona. Bärigt, snällt syrlig med tanniner, svarta vinbär och snäll, sträv sötma med mycket bärskal. Snygg och elegant och ändå väldigt smakrik. Gott.
