Pastoral is a mixed-fermentation saison brewed w/ European & American hops. This beer underwent primary fermentation with saison yeast and brettanomyces and was further aged with our house mixed culture. Blonde in color with notes of hay, grass, tropical fruit, and spice with a mild acidity and dry finish.

Very light, and grassy. Very lagerish, light ,and crisp, with a medium bitterness. Light fruit, light hops, light tartness. All around a bright, crisp, very refreshing farmhouse ale. Excellent stuff.

Taster flight in taproom. Cloudy golden body, silky head. Aroma is floral, savory. Velvety feel with a taste that offers light yeasty notes, floral, fruity and savory. A lot going on, but each of flavor is distinct. Flows smoothly across the tongue. Apple, floral. Smooth.

On tap at the Portland location. Pours yellow. Apple, funk, bubblegum, lemon. Medium body. Very tasty.

Fat på Brewskival. Ljusguldig, blek och klar med vit krona. Funkig, lätt ton av citrus, spannmål, jäst. Något matt och inte piggt syrlig.
