The True Hopical is our interpretation of an American IPA, a beer that encourages an abundant use of hops to achieve the fresh and fruity notes that characterizes the style . This beer is brewed with a two-row pale ale malt, crystal malt and carapils malt. The hops are Zeus, Mosaic and Citra wich we've used excessively. All for your true hopical experience.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some mild herbal and wooden tones with mild bread. Flavour is fruity, floral, mild peas, some herbal and grassy tones with mild sweet malts.

[ As Business Monkey True Hopical ].
ABV: 6.5%. ✅ Clear medium amber orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel - fruity malt, candy, moderate hoppy, pine, fruity hops, earthy hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, earthy hops. pine, fruity hops, caramel - fruity malt, sweet fruit - candy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220523]

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Hazy amber, rich creamy head. Rich aroma of citrus and gooseberry. Dryish with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Grapes and passionfruit, some bread and citrus. Very bitter finish. Really solid IPA.

Sample. Decent IPA with pronounced malts & fairly fruity hops. Not the kind of stuff I prefer nowadays but this is decent enough.
