Very nice fruity & spicy saison nose. Underlying ripe tropical fruits & grass hops. Balanced taste with nice yeasty spice. Crisp! Very nice!

Unclear deep golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Looks fine. Nice intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a smooth carbonation level. Pleasant acidity and bitterness. Moderate sweet and a semi dry ending. Lasting tail. Citric, yeast, pine and fruity flavor. Nice tasty brew.

Draught at 3 små rum, Göteborg, on November 15, 2017.First beer to come out of the new/second brewhouse, so not brewed 3,5m from where it is served.Cloudy amber color, yellow creamy head. Spicy, also fruity, yeasty scent. Spicy, yeasty, fruity, cream taste. Slight citrus aftertaste. Medium full mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.7/4/7/4/15=3.7

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is estery and orange fruit. Mild bubblegum and estery. Slight fruity. Light herbal. Medium dry and herbal finish. Light burned plastic note.

Fat hos bryggaren nyss påkopplad nytillverkad öl. Guldfärgad rejält grumlig. Jag undviker normalt Saison då de brukar smaka naturvin typ. Men denna mjuk snäll mer IPA. Lågt kolsyrad. Finns ladugård i smaken , mycket moget äpple liksom moget päron. Frisk överraskande god.
