Bottled, BB 2017-04-30, sampled on April 29, 2017.Hazy orange color, medium big off-white to yellow head with a bit of lacing. Hoppy, citrus, fruity, a tad grainy scent. But smells a bit overdone and non balanced on the hoppiness, like it will be resinous harsh when drinking. Sweetish, some caramel at the very first, then dry bitter, resin like, pith taste. Also a tad fruity, citrus. Pith, bitter, resin aftertaste, as well as alcohol. Warming alcohol. Lasting pith like grapefruit mixed with oranges and bitter finish. Fairly big mouthfeel with a lowing CO2 feeling to it. High dry like bitterness.I do not personally care for beer with a non balanced hop character and overdone (for me) bitterness, not do I care for rather evident alcohol character. I do believe there are quite a few others that will warm up to this IPA though.

Sample at SBWF 2016. Hazy dark golden with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, ginger and some perfume. Similar taste. The body was medium. Not a bad one but a bit odd.

Keg at SBWF. Hazy amber, minimal head. Generous perfumy citrus and passionfruit aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Lots of perfume on passionfruit. Resiny bitter finish
