Again !! a rather unpleasantly at the brewpub !!! and again when I did aske bartenders if the beers was okay in their opinion or if beers was off there answer was that the beer was okay but maybe they had a small problem with cellar temperatur !! IOM infected ... This one they later changede cask and all of us had to pay for a new half pint !! ;O( [20110806] 3-3-3-2-5 Cask (handpump) @ King William IV, RBESG Weekend, 816 High Road, Leyton, London, England E10 6AE.Clear medium to dark red amber colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Cask at William IV, London, during RBESG 2011. Pours clear amber with a light, bubbly head. Nice looks. Big pine on the nose, some ripe citrus. Medium sweet flavor, light caramel and toast, pine and resin bitters. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Faint warm finish, oily resins, pine, rindy citrus. Solid.

Cask @ King William IV, London. RBESG 2011. Pours cloudy amber with a small white head. Berries and fruit. A bit dusty. I had both a clean and an infected version. The clean was decent.

On tap at Brodies BrewPub. Hazy amber beer, small off-white suddy head. Smooth low carbonation dry palate. Mild malt background. Plenty of piney bitter hop. Finishes dry and with a bitter aftertaste. Good flavour but the body needs more substance. It’s a bit thin, flat and dry.

Cask@William IV, London. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, quite sweet malty along with some slight riped fruity notes. Flavour is wood, rather bittery dry with some slight sweetness as well. Pleasantly balanced and rather mouthdrying.
