Konstant, leicht, nett. 11/9/10/9//9

Cask Small off-white rim over cognac-coloured beer. Ureum-filled (again) hops, with some quite flowery, fruity or even blossom notes. Even more ureum in the flavour; some creambiscuits as maltbacking and even quite balanced. Vanilla hints as well, and sulphur. Quite slick; long, grapey aftertaste. Again, a very British IPA despite the new world hops.

Cask @ ACBF 2012, Moen.

(Cask at Dean Swift, Tower Bridge, London, 26 Nov 2011) Reddish amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, orange, caramel and red fruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, caramel and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Very tasty and nice beer.
