Cask at The Hope, Carshalton. It pours deep red, with a foamy white head. The nose is caramel, fruit, leaf, resin and oily hop. The taste is red fruit, leaf, pine, resin, citrus, caramel and oily hop, with a long bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation and slightly oily mouth-feel. Flavoursome. Tasty stuff.
