Bottle 33 cl at La Trappist, Caen, on March 22, 2017. At a cost of €7.00. BB date on cap that I didn’t get to see.A bit hazy golden color, fizzy white head. Fruity, bready scent. Fruity, spicy, yeasty, slight Belgian yeast phenolic, apricots taste. Light bitter, yeasty, Belgian yeast aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, low to very low bitterness.
