It starts with a proprietary blend of local Java Dog Coffee, roasted the moment before going into the brew to maintain the fresh flavor released from the beans. On tap at the Destin Beach Liquors. Pours black, with a pretty thick, dense, beige head. The aroma is bitter chocolate, coconut, peaches, pine, and walnuts. Sweet and fruity, with a woody bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a sharp, acidic, and slick mouthfeel. This is a big and candy-like stout. Nice.

On tap at WDW Epcot Food & Wine Festival at Block & Hans pavilion. Translucent dark brown color. Small beige head. Obvious notes of coffee and coconut in nose. Flavor follows nose wit additional notes of cocoa and roasted malt. Very flavorful and complex. Quite nice!

On tap at The House of Brews, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with fresh coconut and coffee upfront, with a dry toasted malt base. Flavour is loaded with coconut upfront, with subdued coffee. The coconut dominates and is quite tasty. Nice stuff.

This beer is a dark brown color with a medium thin beige head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Small patches of lace. Roast malt, coffee and coconut in the nose. Medium body with a roasty coffee and malt character, and coconut in the background. The finish is coconut and espresso. Decent overall.

Can. A- Coffee, cocoa, roasty, coconut, candy bar. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, tan head. T- Almond joy, coconut, chocolate. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Really good stuff here. This is the type of beer I expect from a well known brewery. Very much candy bar like and well balanced without being too crazy sweet. Would love to try more of their stuff now.
