“Assoiffé, meaning thirst, is a table Saison brewed in the Old World tradition. It is unfiltered and keg conditioned. Wild yeast from open fermentation along with our Free Range ‘Tarpon Springs Brettanomyces‘ add to the complexity of this easy drinking Saison. Brewed using all Belgian malt, whole noble hops, and open fermentation.”

Paint varnish and astringent chemical vibe here. Hazy blonde pour with ok head and lacing. Unpleasant and unbalanced. Tap at red apron.

Tap at Fools Gold. Hazed yellow pour. Nose dry citrus and light floral. Tastes of mango, lemon, grass, hay and floral. Very dry palate. Everything just comes together wonderfully here. Very appetizing.
