Draught from a sample plate at the brewery on April 30, 2016.Clear very dark brown to black color, dark brown head. Malty, light toasted, some coconut flakes scent, also roasted. Malty, light roasted, some chocolate taste. Medium to full mouthfeel, medium bitterness that feels dry.

At the source: pours dark brown with an off white head. Aroma is chocolate and roasted malt. Taste is somewhat sweet but not too sweet. Nice thick maltiness. Light chocolate. Good porter.
