[backlog] 30-04-15 // bottle at home in Melbourne. Pours like water with a yellowish touch. Nose is full of honey. Taste is light honey sweetness, light vanilla. Very sparkling. Fresh.

Bottle at Canvas, pours a hazy pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out faded honey notes and dry biscuit. Flavour is rather stale and muted, with faded honey, some stale cardboard and a champagne-y quality from the carbonation. Not complex and seems to have some off-notes. Not convincing.

330 ml bottle at The Royal Albert Hotel, Sydney, on October 11, 2015.Clear pear juice "MER Päron" color, fairly small fizzy white head. Honey, sweet, floral, clover, hints of raisin scent. Honey, sweet, some fruit skin taste. Mild tart, honey, sweet aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, light tart finish.
