On tap at Bailey's, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out the brett, along with tropical pitted fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with moderate brett funk and tropical fruits. The brett dries it all out enough to leave not much residual sugar. Very good.

On tap at OBF. Pours a clear orange yellow color with a medium white head. A big funky fruity nose, almost tropical. The flavor is similar with big fruity flavors, some funky fruit, a bit of mellow soft malts. Easygoing.

Draft - Soured grains and some melon notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Light tartness, some soapy notes and acidity. OK, but no real flavours of interest.

5oz draft at brewery. Just the slightest haze to the beer. Golden color and not much for lacing. Aroma is definitely brett-centric but also something else to it. Herbal (barnyard) Brett with a bit of sweetness and an interesting rosehip or rose water through ng gong on, very cool. Flavor grows stronger on that rose water, which gives off the perception of sweetness then the herbal Brett. Mild tingly carbonation left over. Tarty finish. This needs more carbonation and better like and then its getting into Blvd Saison Brett territory (well, on the edges of the territory). I wonder what my friend Bill would think of this and where he stands on sour beer nowadays (not that this is sour).
