On June 23, 2015. At Beveridge Place Pub in Seattle, Washington.Marked 11%, sampled from bottle.Sweet, herbal, spicy taste. Spicy aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, tart finish. Clear golden color, no head, some legs. Fresh, spicy, floral scent.

Sampled at Eaglemount, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out complex thick honey notes. Flavour is complex, with light-to-medium honey sweetness. Highly drinkable with loads of depth. Very nice mead.
