On June 23, 2015. At Beveridge Place Pub in Seattle, Washington.Marked 11%, sampled from bottle.Clear pale golden color, no head. Apple, sweet, tart taste. Apple aftertaste. Medium to tart mouthfeel, tart finish. Some legs on the glass. Apple, apple skin scent.

Sampled at Eaglemount, pours a hazy blonde with no head. Aroma brings out medium honey sweetness along with apples. Flavour is medium sweet, with only subtle notice of the apples. ABV is warming but not intrusive. Excellent.

Bottle at winery
Pale blond color. Light fresh aroma, a bit flowery and fruity, and a hint of cookie dough, phenol. Semi-sweet, with elegant mild flavor, light apple juice and light touch of crackers.
Pleasant.
