Bottled 330ml (Alko web)
Clear pale yellow colour, tiny white head - looks like Corona. Light grass and fruits (green apple, grapes) in the nose. Light-bodied. Lots of lime, green apple, some acidic tartness but it is not really wild yeasty tart but citrus fruity acidic more or less. Simple summer drink, especially for those who like dry ciders. 6% is suprisinly high for this one.

33cl bottle from Tesco, Warfield. A straw coloured pour with a ring of white head; aroma of underripe peaches and apricots; nicely balanced in the mouth with tart fruit and a sweeter smooth honey-like body; then definite notes of sour cherry and almond to finish - or perhaps the Bakewell Sour subtitle is influencing my taste buds. Nevertheless it’s rather good.

Bottle from Tesco, Enniskillen [210417]
Light golden, clean, frothy white head
Aroma of lemon, citrus zest
Taste of sour lemon, citrus zest, very light sweet pale malt background
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, it is tart but not too much, light malt background offsets the sourness, well balanced. FInish is fairly dry, sour citrus with than balancing bit of sweetness
Overall - It’s a decent sour
