500ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy to macropore, immediately diminishing, white head. Tartish, slightly unspecific fruity aroma, quince and mirabelle at best. Taste is tart, fruity acidic, remnant sweetness, hints of quince, peach, mirabelle: Rather mild and slightly anaemic overall.

On tap at the Lumsden. Aroma is citrus, acid and some lemongrass. Flavour is more spicey perfumed lemon and it’s super tart. Really quite pleasant and very easy drinking.

Bottle from Cambridge Wine Merchants, Kings Parade. Straw colour, some visible carbonation but very little head. Light aroma of lemon curd, slightly sour milk. Fantastic sour bite to the taste, it fades fast and it’s fairly short-lived in the finish but it certainly grabs you by the scruff of the neck at first contact. Kumquat and lime juice in the aftertaste. Thin body. Very nice.

A light yellow beer, a head is white and medium. Aroma has lime, tartness, fresh, some notes of tropical fruits. Taste has the same elements than in the aroma, strong lime and lemon, the sweetness is decreasing the effect of tartness. Medium bodied, the tartness feels as a slightly stickyness. Less sweetness and then this beer would be more refreshning. Decent.

500ml bottle. Pours pale gold with a medium head. Aroma is sharp and sour yoghurt and custard. Taste is strong sour throughout with a cheesy lemon finish. A bit one sided but my kind of thing.

Draft 6 oz pour at the Burgundian, on opening day. Clear standout on the tap list for this stop of the crawl down to the stadium. Clear golden in color, with an oily fizz head. Semi sour, white grape, and soft cherry aroma. Flavor is fruity, lacto sour, with a dry finish. 6/10 sourness. Some funk linger. Pretty good stuff.

Rather clear yellow golden color with white head. Aroma is citrusy, lemon cest, fresh bretts, lacto. Taste is citrus and lacto as well. Carbonation is ticklish, but not high. Good taste, but a bit one-dimensional. Not excellent.
