Clear blond to golden beer, big fizzy aery off-white head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: Note: dammit, this was not yet aliased when I bought the bottle! :( "Tart" and "Bakewell Sour" were two different entries. Well, at least it's a damn fine beer!

03.12.2015, tap @ Schouskjelleren:
Tiny shortlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is strange sour-ish, sorrel, popcorn, hay, minerals, grass, citrus peel. Taste is slightly fresh and sour-ish dry, citrus acid, unripe berries, sorrel, citrus peel, lemon, passionfruit, soda powder. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice enough, very easy drinking.
