On tap at Yaletown, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is very restrained, with light spices and floral notes. Flavour is along the same lines, bringing out notes of coriander and maybe other spices, and floral notes. Doesn't strike me as a saison at all, more like a wit. Clean enough, but not very sophisticated.

Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy blond color with small head. Itβs an American Saison, but at least the spicy profile from the yeast, although lacking of the Belgian character, is spicy, and the beer is not mellow or sweet; but it still has tiny traces of vegetables; correct bitterness; the final seems a bit sweeter, lightly grassy, and rather short.
Nice beer.
