On June 21, 2015. At Yaletown Brewing Co., in Vancouver, British Columbia.Clear copper oxide color, nice off-white head. Malty, fruity scent. Malty, fruity, some caramel taste. Grainy aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

On nitro tap at Yaletown, pours a clear copper with a medium creamy white head. Nose brings out toasted bready malt and light vegetal herbal notes. Flavour is crisp, with toasted biscuity malt and herbal hops to balance. Boring but clean. It's drinkable but what's the point.

Hazy Amber color with thick nitro head. The aroma is very mild, there seem to be some dusty caramel and roasted nuts. Smooth mouthfeel, some nutty caramel flavor, maybe traces of diacetyl, light residual sweetness, medium-low bitterness, and nutty final.
Simple.
Abolish nitro!
