On nitro tap at Yaletown, pours a clear copper with a medium creamy beige head. Nose brings out light fruity notes, not much else. Flavour is strange, with notes of dry bready malt and an astringent herbal hoppy finish. Smooth on the palate due to the nitro, but it lacks complexity. Drinkable.

Draught at the brewpub
Light amber color, clean, with small nitro head. The nitro completely muffles the aroma. Smooth, undercarbonated, the malt tastes a bit like cardboard, it’s lightly toasty, with traces of cold brewed coffee; ordinary bitterness.
Where are the hop qualities?
Unexciting, although not bad.
