A blend of Chinook, Cascade and the mighty Apollo hop give this IPA a mild bitterness. Finished exclusively with Apollo to round out the flavour profile. Not quite a single hop IPA.

On June 20, 2015. At Off the Rail Brewing, in Vancouver, British Columbia.Hazy golden color, small white head. Taken off the tap list due to low CO2. Fresh, hoppy scent. Malty, caramel, hoppy taste. Medium low mouthfeel, mainly due to low CO2. Medium bitterness.

On tap at Off the Rail, pours a cloudy dirty golden yellow with a medium white head. Nose brings out citrus hops and noticeable diacetyl. Flavour is along the same lines - not a terrible diacetyl infection, but I'm sensitive to it even in small amounts and don't find this drinkable. Not good.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy golden color, creamy head. Very nice aroma of leafy hops. Grainy and crackery malts, good hopping, a bit resiny and minimally fruity. Green.
Rustic but appreciated.

Draft - Pithy citrus and grapefruit. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Nice citrus and peel notes. Pretty solid.
