Bottle@Torben Mathews tasting. Pours clear yellow with huge white head. Aroma is wine, apples, grapes, lime and you. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet, bitter and acidic with fruit, malt and yeast in excellent balance.

Okay vegetably brown body with minimal bleach white foam on top. Minimal soft doighy grain aroma. Flavour is sharp grain, kind of peppery in a wild way. Medium finish and leaning toward dry. Not bad but a bit too soft.

Poured from the tap. Mostly clear golden yellow with white head. Dry Belgian yeast dominant with a hint of apple and spice. Pretty rough around the edges.

A little overcarbonated, decent for the style, not enough belgian bubblegum flavours to make it great. Bottle from lb

At the source: light saison that is a little too sweet. I would much prefer this to be drier and more complex. Meh saison.
