Holy Mountain Brewing Company in Seattle, Washington, United States 🇺🇸

IPA - Imperial New England / Hazy Regular
Score
6.91
ABV: 9.6% IBU: - Ticks: 3
A scarily drinkable 9.6% ABV. Brewed with Amarillo, Simcoe, and a touch of Columbus hops, Pyrokinesis is dank and peachy, but dry enough to let the fruit from the hops shine.

5 oz draft pour at the Seattle IBF. Pours a golden copper color with a patchy bubble head. What a solid imperial IPA this is. Nice hop forward aroma. Toasty flavor which drinks much more gentle than the near 10% offer. Nice hints of orange in the finish. Awesome IIPA here. I think I’ll get another.

On tap at PIB 2015, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out herbal hops, light feet, and biscuity malt. Flavour brings out loads of herbal hops out front, with some feet / BO, and biscuity malt. Fairly abrasive even for a IIPA. Solid stuff.
