Made with Centennial hops from the Williamette Valley, and then dry-hopped with Cascades after primary fermentation.
A West Coast IPA with big stone fruit and piney flavors dry hopped with loads of citras. This region grows the best hops in the world, so a true Oregon IPA has to let them shine. We keep Woodboy surprisingly light in body to allow the centennial, cascade, and citra hops to stand out in every sip. The finish is all dank pine and tropical fruit and the head stands firm, dense and bright white.

On tap at Sasquatch, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out good dry hopping upfront, with a little citrus and biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with dry piney hops dominating with a dry crackery malt base. Not unique at all, but well-made IPA. Good stuff.

Part of a flight on June 28, 2015. At the brewpub (Sasquatch Brewing) in Portland.Clear golden color, white head. Bitter, hoppy, zest taste. Bitter aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, high bitterness. Hoppy, citrus scent.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a deep bright copper color with a medium white head. A big fruity nose. This is a really nice IPA: rich fruit, resin, sweet, great late boil work here, caramel, more oranges and a hint of pine. Excellent, clean and tasty.
