Heimatliche Bierreise nach Norddeutschland. Vom noch geöffneten Supermarkt kommt eine Dose dieses Biers ins Glas. Ich habe es das erste Mal während meines AUslandssemesters 2008 getrunken, wo bei diversen Studentenparties immer wieder dieses Bier kam, wenn es grade irgendwo in Aktion war Wie so viele andere aus der Gegend bewirbt man sich als nordisch herb, wovon man nicht wirklich viel merkt. Es ist einfach ein klassisches Industriebier, das sich leicht trinken lässt, aber weder besonderen Charakter noch Tiefgang hat. Das Bier ist durchaus erfrischend, aber auch da gibt es bessere.

Bottle up the White Lady. Appearance - golden with a thin head. Nose - sweetcorn and green beans. Taste - dry metallic and slightly vegetal. Palate - light to medium bodied with a dry astringent texture and a long dry finish. Overall - dry and astringent but I’ve had worse.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, hay and hint of metal. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter with an average bitter, grainy and fruity finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is fizzy.

Colore giallo dorato. Schiuma compatta a rapido dissolvimento. Intensità olfattiva normale e persistenza discreta, di malto e di pane. Amaro moderato. Corpo leggero. Fluidità beverina. Persistenza gustativa sufficiente, retrogusto fresco di limone. Plus: on tap. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine medie rimane con qualche merletto sul vetro. Il perlage è dato da bollicine fini con carbonazione persistente. L’aroma rimanda a sentori di frumento e cereali.
