Bottle. Had this one at a little stop on our way to the resort. Medium gold color. Light head. Better than regular Red Strip. Though not all that great. Watery, flavor with some notes of grain. Aroma is slight grains, hay, very weak.

Firts rating275 ml bottle at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Ocho Rios, on January 24, 2015.Clear pale golden color, white head. Sweet, caramel, a bit hoppy scent. Malty, sweet, caramel, bready taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. At least right after having a Red Stripe Light and a regular Red Stripe this one worked rather well!7/3/6/3/12=3.1Had this again on March 9, 2015. From a bottle I purchased from a store in Ocho Rois end of January.Comes through more of alcohol and event more sweet, less bitter, than it did when having it in the sun straight after a regular Red Stripe. Has definite more character than its paler brother though.6/3/6/3/11=2.9

Bottle drunk in a bar near to Cruise ship terminal in Antigua. Amber colour, decent white head.Aroma of caramel and grain, and quite drinkable. A cut above most of the pale lagers on offer.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear amber with about a half finger of white head. Aroma of caramel, oatmeal and very mild hops. Taste is lightly sweet. Grains, oatmeal, caramel and hops. Medium bodied with a somewhat creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, not too bad. Much better than regular Red Stripe and probably one of the best "malt liquors" I’ve had yet. I would gladly drink this one again.
