Keg at the brewery, 9/13/23. Clear dark red, medium tan head, average retention. Aroma of toffee, brown sugar, caramel, vanilla, whiskey, Taste is toffee, oak, booze, whiskey, raisin. Full bodied, a bit harsh. Solid.

Bottle at WBC Denver, April 11 2014.Clear brown color, yellow head. Sweet, malty, alcohol, red berry scent. Sweet, malty, alcohol, raisin taste. Sweet, raisin aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness.
