Taster at the COS location. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, bubbly, white head. The nose is lemon zest, butterscotch, juniper, and coriander. Sweet and zesty, with a mellow, citrusy bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and quite lively. Pretty solid.

Poured up at the Denver Airport location into an ice cold glass, darn-it! when will I learn that this WILL be coming in frigid glass wear? It has a clear copper ice cold body with thin gold edges and a thin tan head of foam. The aroma doesn’t have much to offer due to the serving temperature. As it finally warmed a touch I got some citrus hops as well as some earthy to vague bitter resiny hop notes too. The taste starts pretty smooth with a mix of sweet malts and malt sweetened citrus hops. It then moves toward a moderate level of citrus hop bitterness that rides the mild sweetness into the finish. As it warms I’m getting soft caramel malts or maybe its biscuit malts that seem out of place and muddles the experience. Is that why they serve it so cold?

On tap at the brewpub. Simply labeled "IPA" so this might be under the wrong listing. Pours with a hazed golden body with lots of lace from a white head. Aromas are floral, citrus, tangerine and orange. Minimal malt contribution. Flavors are orange, caramel, floral hops. Medium bubbles, somewhat dry.
