on nitro-cascading tan-dk amber. A-chocolate/roasty med malt. T-chocolate/roasty med malt, some earthy hops. Soft carbonation.

Draught at the brewpub as part of a flight on January 22, 2014.As "Porter" on nitro. Apparently the non barrel aged version. As for the barrel aged it has 7.5% ABV and 31 IBU, this could be a bit different since it has not been barrel aged.Clear very dark red to black color, dense nice light brown head. Sweet, creamy taste. Warming alcohol. Sweet aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness. A tad bit salty. Sweet, alcohol, hints of smoke scent.
