Highly carbonated pure white fluffy head stayed well on a hazy, effervescent, light gold colour. Yeast, lightly fruity & spice aroma. Medium bodied, sharp & prickly on the palate. Soft & cloying on the back. Much as the aroma, Belgian yeast, lemon, light citrus, grassy, spices & a slightly bitter, long finish.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy golden pour with two two finger frothy white head. Thick and creamy, excellent retention. Good lacing. Nose is malty and herbal with notes of wheat and coriander, very pleasant and refreshing Medium body, softly carbonated. A bit thinner then expected on tbe tongue, somewhat watery texture. However, quite smooth and refreshing. Moderately bitter taste with subtle tartness in the background. Aroma of malts and grains, quite herbal and peppery. Belgian yeast. Wheat and coriander. Strong alcohol presence with persistent burn on the tongue. Dry mouthfeel and finish, long lasting and quite boozy. Overall, pretty good and enjoyable tripel. Quite refreshing despite the alcohol.

Kicsit olyan hopfentripeles volt az egész, gejl-édesbe hajlóan, viszont legalább átmelengető.

Shared 33cl bottle. Hazy gold with a two-finger foamy white head. Aroma and taste of light malt, yeast, spice and alcohol with perhaps a bit too much emphasis on the alcohol.
