Draught from handpump as part of a tasting paddle at The Local Taphouse, Sydney, on August 10, 2013.Very dark brown to black color, brown head. Sweet, liquorice, dry, alcohol, viola scent. Sweet, floral, fresh, roasted taste. Dry roasted aftertaste. A bit thin mouthfeel, medium high dry grainy bitterness.
