Draught at Cascade Visitor Centre, South Hobart. As part of a tasting paddle after the brewery tour. Sampled on August 8, 2013.As "Cascade Pure".Clear straw yellow color, white head. Malty, a bit hoppy, clean taste. Fresh aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Malty, clean scent.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4.5
Bottle. Poured a slightly hazy straw with no head. Aroma was slightly hoppy and sweetish. Light body and carbonation. Flavour was thin and lemony with a slight, but unpleasantly harsh, bitter finish. Not good, but slips down cold.
