On tap at the Catfish, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out maple trip syrup upfront, followed by a little smoky bacon in there. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of maple syrup, and only a touch of peat. Not really smoky bacon like and more maple syrupy. Okay.

Draught as a sampler at CraftBrewer (Bacchus Brewing Company), Capalaba - Brisbane. On July 22, 2013.Listed as 5.6% ABV.Hazy brown color, light brown head. Sweet, sirup, smoked taste. Sirup, nutty, smoke aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Sweet, nutty, sirup scent.
