On tap at Green Beacon, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium sweetness and green apples. Flavour is medium dry, with ample sweetness and crisp green apples. Well-balanced no nonsense cider. Solid.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5

On tap at the Brewery in August 2014. Clear golden with a small head. Fresh with apples both in the aroma and taste. The finish was dry and with some tartness. Refreshing and a tasty one.

Draught at Green Beacon Brewing Co, Brisbane, on July 20, 2013.Clear pear color, white head. Apple, hints of sulphite scent. Apple, tart taste. Apple aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, low to very low bitterness. Tart finish.
