Bottle. Pours a light gold in color with a thin white head. Mild floral hop aroma. Grainy in taste with a touch of hops. Smooth creamy mouthfeel for sure. No bitterness to speak of IMHO. A strang hybrid and the name does fit.

12 fl oz bottle at Burger & Beer Joint in Brickell, in Miami, on December 2, 2012.Marked 5.3% ABV, didn’t see a BB date.Hazy golden color, white head. Spicy, cinnamon, pumpkin, oranges, fruity, herbal taste. Spicy, fruity aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness that is fairly dry. Hoppy, fruity scent.

Bonus courtesy of GhostFace. The 12oz bottle pours clear copper with gold edges and white head. The mild aroma delivers a thin mix of sweet citrus hard candy and a malt breadiness. The taste has some sweet malts running into a modest level of earthy to citrus hop bitterness and then a mild earthy tea like sensation. Nice Pale Ale like hoppiness.

On tap at Sugar Maple. Pours a clear gold with an amber hue and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a nice combination of pine and citrus hops backed nicely by a sweet cream note. Flavor has more of a cream note with notes of citrus and pine hops.
