Draught at Bishops Arms Järntorget, BAJT, Göteborg. Sampled on November 19, 2012Also states "Ginger infused red ale" on the tap handle label.Hazy copper color, tan head. Acidic, spicy, sweet, ginger, lemon scent, very fresh. I normally don’t pick up on ginger on beer, but in this one I can find it for sure. Spicy, fresh, lemon, ginger taste. A bit of grapefruit aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Draught@Bishops Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Deep ambery brown colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Nice lace as well. Aroma is ginger, some mild sweet fruity and malty notes as well. Flavour is ginger, fruits, sweet malts and mild toffee. Though dominant ginger, it’s not too much of it.

(Draught at Bishops Arms Vasagatan, 20120626) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had ginger, malts and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were ginger, malts, sweetness, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste had ginger and malts. Too much ginger for quite thing maltiness.

Draught at Bishop’s Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Clear amber, moid sized head. Distinct ginger aroma. Dryish with light body and fairly soft mouthfeel. Light roasty malt, plenty of ginger, a bit of mint. Mild soothing finish without the burning sensation riddling many ginger beers. Well balanced.
