Cloud pour from tap at moontower. Pretty standard wit, your standard lemon and citrus. Does the job

At the source: pours hazy yellow orange with a white head. Aroma is light citrus and yeasty. Taste is yeasty and plenty wheaty. A classic wit. Good enough.

On tap at the Hay Merchant. It’s an unclear, yellowish golden beer with a small white head. There’s a touch of chicken manure in the aroma, which is mostly citrus and wheat. Not much coriander seeds going on. The flavor is quite sweet, with wheat, spent grains, citrus peel and a decent bitterness. Medium body, very soft carbonation. Citrus and some wheat and bitterness in the finish. Not very impressive this one. 130825

On tap at Petrol Station. Pours a clear yellowish gold with visible carbonation and a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma is a bit thin with wheat, light fruit and some underlying sweetness. Flavor has a good amount of sweet wheat and light fruit with a bit of clove.

On tap at flying saucer. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a small white head that diminishes quickly leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is a banana wheat and clove. Medium mouthfeel with a dry lemon zest flavor with a nice dry finish. Easy to drink a good belgian wit from (512).
