Taster at the brewery. Pours a hazy, golden color, with a dense, off-white head. The aroma is clover honey, biscuit dough, butterscotch, apricot, and pine. Sweet and yeasty, with a spicy bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a creamy, hard, and thick mouthfeel. This is a solid, yeasty, and tasty beer.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is belgian yeast, pure sugar, wheat. Medium body, yeast, sugar, clove, boozy finish, very good.

Draught at the brewery on October 9, 2012Cloudy pale straw yellow color, white head. Sweet, phenoles, yeast, bitter taste. Bitter aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Warming alcohol. Funky, Belgian scent.

Tap @ Equinox taproom. A stop on grand tour of Fort Collins breweries and bars with Tim, Aaron and Armin, Thanks !! Pours clear light yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, yeast, honey, sweet fruit. Taste is malt, yeasts, caramel, honey, green apples, sweet fruit, light booze. Medium body, soft carbonation. 250212

Tap at the brewery - clear golden pour - nose of honey, flowers, dry, crackery malts, some flinty notes - flavor is rather aspirin-like - fairly dry for the strength - flinty and mineral notes, but also strong bitter herbs (yarrow) - finish has some medicinal notes and lingering aspirin - pretty bad.

Tap @ Equinox. A touch hazy, light yellow appearance with a white head. Potpourri, peach/apricot, slightly spicy aroma. Big fruity, apricot/peach, wheat, belgian yeasty flavor.
