Or award-winning India Pale Ale (1993) is a hop lovers dream. We load up on the Chinook and cascade to create high bitterness and wonderful aroma. We even dry-hop this beer to give it even more hop flavor. Our IPA has a rich copper color and lots of body.

Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was basically a hazy orange to brown color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute.
There was some light clingy and somewhat foamy lacing.
The smell had some light citrus to piney hops to blend decently with some light spice. There was some light caramel in there as well.
The taste was sweet and bitter but at separate times.
The palate had some decent harshness but managed to be somewhat tame.
Overall, I say this was an alright beer.

Pours hazy dirty brown with a beige head. Strong resin aroma. Losts of resin/grapefruit over mild roast caramel. Quite bitter. Better than average IPA.

draft at the brewpub - Pours cloudy copper and has a nice grapefruit hops aroma. The flavor has good, citrusy hop bitterness and well balanced sweet malt in there too lending a medium body to this not very complex but very drinkable IPA.

12oz bottle. !005 flat. No hiss, no bubbles. Has to be an off bottle. Unfortunate, as it’s got a pretty nice taste to it. Earthy hop aroma. Deep orange-brown color, a little darker than typical. Sweet upfront with a nice bitter finish. Good, but underwhelming when uncarbonated.

Cloudy deep amber, long lasting beige head.Nose of hops and fruit esters. Light malt start turns into an odd medium hop bitterness, that somehow doesn’t cut it.
