A big black American-style stout with hints of caramel, chocolate, and coffee flavors. These bold flavors are balanced with a distinctive dry roast bitterness and a generous amount of American hops that impart citrus and pine hop flavors and aroma.

On tap at GABF 2012. Pours a clear black color with a medium off-white head. A nice nose of roast and charred wood. The flavor is simple and clean milky roast, some cocoa, ashes. Nice.
