Pours a flat reddish-amber color with a minimal head and decent sticky legs on the glass. Aroma of sweet apples, spices and honey. Full-bodied with flavors of sweet apples, honey and mild spices. The finish is smooth and warming with a lingering apple aftertaste. Good Cyser all around.

Bottle 500 ml at Redstone in Boulder, on October 8, 2012Hazy amber color, no head. Sweet, alcohol scent. Sweet, honey, apple taste. Smooth mouthfeel, no bitterness. Sweet finish. Lovely stuff, though not cheap.
