Tap at Freshcraft - more of a hoppy belgian than an IPA - the belgian yeast profile is pretty high on this one, especially in the phenol department - a bit of plastic, banana, a touch of clove - sweet at first, with a bit of apricot and orange - gets dry and biscuity through the middle as the hop bitterness arrives - dry, crackery, bitter finish - I enjoyed it.
