Golden with a white head - Sour spicy aroma - Malt body with a sour wood flaovur with herbla flaovurs as well - The sour wood and herbal flavour goes into the finish - This was good

750ml bottle, 2015 version. Pours clear dark golden with a large spritzy white head. Aroma: bright, floral, with typical geuze character, lemon, funk, heavily herbal from the basil. Taste: basil infused geuze in a nutshell, intensely herbal, funky. Medium body, ample carbonation. Nice to try this but I think I prefer my geuze sans basil.

Bottle: Poured a bright yellow/golden color lambic with a large foamy head. Aroma of basil notes with light funky notes is enjoyable. Taste is also a mix of light funky notes with some basil notes, light oak with faint tart notes. Body is full for style with good carbonation. I wasn’t sure with the mix of flavours at first but it is well balanced overall and pairs well with food.

Bottle. Very unique taste! Aroma is huge basil, taste is basil and bit of sourness. Very unique, bit of citrus. Basil overwhelms a little, but I like the uniqueness.

Bottle @ Van Moll. Golden color. Lemon and basil in the aroma. Notes of cassis. Lemon in the slightly herbal flavor. Pleasantly sour. Basil in the finish. A surprisingly good combination of a very good lambic with basil.
