Clear deep golden color with a thick off white head. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium (light) body and an average carbonation level. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Caramel malty, herbal and mild fruity flavor. Decent session able bitter.

500ml bottle bought at Norwich train station and shared on the train to Ipswich and Chelmsford. Dark golden body. White head leaving lacing rings down the glassware. Malt-fruity smell, leafy hops and caramel malts. Peaches and citrus backed by brown malts to the taste buds. Leafy hop bitterness to the ending.Soft and clean in the mouth. Good bitter version (18.02.2017).

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - it’s a gusher. Then the remaining three quarters of a pint settles quite nicely and amber. Nose - biscuits and a hint of toffee. Taste - toffee and biscuits. Palate - light to medium bodied with a crunchy texture and a long dry crunchy finish. On the edge of astringency but ok. Overall - ok in the end.
