Lahev( Diky do Brna!): Cloudy, deep golden, stable mid-sized off-white head; mild bready and honeyish nose, some spicy hops detectable, but also slight traces of infection; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, soft MF; a little acidity is still present in the bitter-sweet and hoppy finish. Quite O.K., unfortunately a bit infected…

Tap at Hostinec Richtar Jakub, annouced as American Pale ale. Amber colored beer with no head, no carbonation. Aroma of tangerines, malt, floral hops. Taste, tangerines, oranges, sweet malt, floral hops. Very watery, bland beer. Big disappointment.

1.5 liter PET from the brewpub, sampled on June 4, 2011Cloudy orange color, off-white head. Fruity bitter taste. Rather bitter aftertaste. Also soapy taste. Moussy mouthfeel, high bitterness. Fruity scent.
