Ok This beer has survived 9 years in a basement in Hamar – Norway But now it is time for the final call Ends up in the glass as a murky dark golden liquid with no head Quite strong aroma. Lots of dried fruits Quite soft carbonation level. But not flat A bit unbalanced sweetness. Flavor….hmmmm Bat out of Hell in my opinion But what could you expect Toffee and dried fruits. That is what you will get served down there [Bottle from comrade ChrisOfstad] Brewery #2133

Thank you Chris for sharing this - Dark golden with a white head, no carbonation - Malt and some spicy notes in the aroma - Malt body with some weak hints of caramel and some spicy notes from yeast and oxidation from age - Malt goes into the finish - This was ok, but on the old side

33 cl bottle thanks to a non ratebeer friend who saved it after this years Hellfest in June (2010) so that I could try it. Thanks Alex!Sampled on December 23, 2010Hazy copper color, nice fluffy off-white head. Sweet, fruity, some alcohol scent. Sweet, fruity, yeasty, fresh taste. Smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness. Taste like a smooth Belgian ale. Nice!
